REVEREND STEVIE "Chappy" CRAFT is a retired Correctional Chaplain at the Missouri State Penitentiary. He has served as a motivational speaker on criminal justice and educational issues, and is an ordained clergyman with The American Baptist Churches, U.S.A. He holds a Master in Divinity from Harvard University, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

WILLIAM "Wally" F. COX, JR. has published a number of articles in the areas of educational policy and philosophy. His particular interests are two-fold: to enable educational choice without government control and to promote the development of Christian citizenship. He just authored a book, Tyranny Through Public Education, addressing the inappropriateness of government control of education.
Dr. Cox is professor and director of Christian education programs in the School of Education at Regent University, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
