Dr. Brian Ray

DR. BRIAN RAY is the president of the National Home Education Research Institute (NHERI) and founding editor of the quarterly academic journal Home School Researcher (est. 1985). Dr. Ray has taught a wide range of subjects from elementary school through college levels in both public and private schools. He earned his Ph.D. in Science Education from Oregon State University. Dr. Ray and his wife, Betsy, have eight children who have all been home educated since birth.

DR. ART RICCIARDI is vice president of the Foundation for American Christian Education dedicated to furthering America's historic method of Biblical reasoning - the "Principle Approach" - in the hearts and minds of American Christians. As master teacher, he founded and administrated a Principle Approach school, serves as a national educational consultant for Principle Approach schools, is the author of the Noah Plan Mathematics Curriculum Guide (FACE, 2001), and the Noah Plan Science Curriculum Guide (FACE, 2005). Dr. Ricciardi prepares students to become problem solvers and Christian leaders. He acquired a B.A. in the biological sciences with a minor in chemistry from Lehman College of the City University of New York, earned his master's degree through Regent University, and his doctoral degree through Whitefield Theological Seminary. Art's zeal for God, life, and learning is reflected through his favorite scripture John 4:23-24.
